While both are waterproof, Silpoly is less prone to sagging when wet, whereas Silnylon may stretch slightly when exposed to moisture. However, the elasticity of Silnylon can provide better tear resistance compared to Silpoly. Additionally, Silnylon tends to be slightly lighter than Silpoly.
